WIT hosts a new nightlife app for students

Making the scene just got a whole lot easier for students at Waterford IT, thanks to an app showcasing info on venues, bars, restaurants, casinos, events, transport, safety, promotions, discount, deals and loyalty.

SCNE (Social City Nightlife and Entertainment) has been developed by Waterford entrepreneur Jordan Casey, who is a Bachelor of Business (Hons) student at WIT, Ireland’s first fully dedicated entertainment and nightlife app. SCNE (pronounced scene) will launch on iOS first before a Google Play launch, and is aimed at tourists, locals and students in the city and surrounding areas.
