Govt-backed body gets funding to build 7,500 homes in five years
Funding has been approved for a Government-backed body to build more than 200 new homes.
Housing Building Finance Ireland was set up at the start of the year to give loans to small developers.
It is aiming to fund 7,500 units over the next five years.
The Government said seven developments across Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Laois and Clare have now been given the go-ahead.
