Shop chain admits in court to selling tobacco to girl, 15

A retail chain has been given a chance to avoid a conviction for the sale of tobacco to a 15-year-old girl.

Centra operators Vive Supermarkets Ltd pleaded guilty at Dublin District Court to a charge under the Public Health (Tobacco) Act, 2002.
