A sex attacker had to be physically pulled from his victim by gardaí who responded to reports of a woman screaming for help in a lane way in Dublin city centre, a court has heard.

Bogdan Timorte (aged 37) was recorded by a nearby resident on his phone attacking the woman. The resident had heard the screams for help and alerted gardaí but was too afraid to approach.
