Latest: Fianna Fail TD Billy Kelleher described himself as "elated, honoured and humbled" after being elected to the European Parliament.

The Cork North-Central TD became the second person elected in the Ireland South constituency, joining Sean Kelly, who surpassed the quota yesterday.
