Young man arrested while on alleged gangland errand loses challenge to stop prosecution

A young man arrested as a child for running an alleged explosives and firearm collection errand for one of the people convicted of the murder of Gareth Hutch has failed in a legal bid to stop his prosecution over delay.
The man, who was 16 when arrested, claimed the delay in charging him meant he will lose anonymity he enjoyed as a child because he is now over 18.
