A High Court judge has been assigned to hear the marathon action between Sean Quinn’s five children and Irish Bank Resolution Corporation concerning loans of €2.34bn.

A High Court judge has been assigned to hear the marathon action between Sean Quinn’s five children and Irish Bank Resolution Corporation concerning loans of €2.34bn.

Mr Justice Garrett Simons will begin hearing the case on Tuesday, March 12.
