The capsize of a boat in Limerick, in which a girl was seriously injured, is being referred to the Marine Casualty Investigation Board.

Update 2pm: Tributes have poured in for a 12-year old girl who was seriously injured in a boating incident in Limerick last weekend.

She was one of four girls and a boy who were on board a rowing boat that capsized on a stretch of the River Shannon, at Thomond Salmon Weir, last Saturday.
