Man knocked unconscious and left in pool of blood

A young man socialising with friends was knocked unconscious and left lying in a pool of blood by the attacker in Cork City and yesterday the assailant was remanded in custody.

Adrian Heller, aged 28, of 68 Friars Walk, Cork, was before Cork Circuit Criminal Court for sentencing yesterday for assault causing harm to a man on April 22, 2017, outside the Woodshed public house on Sheare St, Cork.
