Calls to make upskirting an offence in Ireland
The CEO of the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre has called for the introduction of legislation to make upskirting a criminal offence.
This week upskirting, which the term used for taking an unsolicited image up a woman’s skirt, was made a criminal and sexual offence in England and Wales.
