Truck driver charged with dangerous driving causing death of Clare publican

A truck driver has appeared in court charged with the dangerous driving causing the death of father of three and Crusheen, Co Clare publican, Michael Fogarty last June.

At Ennis District Court, Paul Van Tamlin (55) appeared in connection with the fatal crash at Junction 13 on the motorway linking Galway to Limerick on June 5 last.
