Two men have been arrested in connection with an attack on security guards in Roscommon last week.

Update: Two men, in their 50s and 60s, have been arrested in connection with an attack on security guards in Roscommon last week.

Searches in four different locations, including houses and out-houses, took place in the county this morning as part of the investigation into the incident which followed an eviction at a house in Strokestown.
