Update - 1.36pm: Labour Party leader Brendan Howlin has strongly dismissed the calls from Alan Kelly on Tipp FM for him to stand down this morning.

Mr Howlin said the Tipperary TD has no support in the Parliamentary Labour Party (PLP) and the support of only a small minority of councillors.
