Charlie Flanagan wants review of defamation and contempt of court

Justice Minister Charlie Flanagan has said he wants a review carried out into contempt of court rules and defamation laws.

His comments come after concern about the use of social media during trials. This included concerns about online comments in the Belfast rape trial and the Jobstown protest case.
