Sean Gallagher silent on presidency website registration

Beaten 2011 presidential candidate, Sean Gallagher, has refused to comment on whether he is behind a newly registered website highlighting his 2018 Áras an Uachtaráin bid amid growing speculation he is set to enter the race.

Mr Gallagher did not respond to Irish Examiner requests for comment on the soon-to-go-live website seangallagher2018.com despite potential rival candidates travelling the country to win over local authority support in recent weeks.
