Two men die in work place accidents in Waterford and Dublin
Two men have died in separate work place accidents in Dublin and Waterford.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSE) is investigating a man's death on a Waterford farm.
It is reported that a man in his 50s died after he was crushed by a tractor near Kilrossanty.
It is understood he was alone while cutting or collecting silage when it happened.
His body was found yesterday evening, but it is not known when the accident happened.
At Dublin Port a man was killed when he was hit by a steel beam in a shipyard this afternoon.
The HSA are investigating both incidents.
