Supreme Court agrees to hear appeal over approval for Apple's Galway data hall

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal aimed at overturning An Bord Pleanala’s approval for the first phase of tech giant Apple’s planned €850m data centre in Athenry, Co Galway.
