Gardaí investigation following Athlone shopping centre raid

Gardai are investigating a raid on a shopping centre in Athlone in County Westmeath.

A number of people entered a jewellery store last night and stole a large amount of property.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information to contact them at Athlone garda station.
