Teenager, 17, to be tried for rape and sexual assault of woman

A 17-year-old teenage boy has been sent forward for trial to the Central Criminal Court accused of rape and sexual assault of a female in Dublin.

The youth appeared at the Dublin Children’s Court today when he was served with a book of evidence. The Director of Public Prosecution directed that the youth was to face trial on indictment.
