Pro Life Campaign bid on rights of unborn to be heard by Supreme Court this afternoon

The Pro Life Campaign’s (PLC) application to provide submissions in the forthcoming appeal concerning the extent of the rights of the unborn will be dealt with by the Supreme Court this afternoon, writes Ann O'Loughlin.

Lawyers for the State told the Chief Justice, Mr Justice Frank Clarke, today they are opposed to the PLC application.
