South Tipperary General Hospital apologises for ’gross deficits’ in care of girl with cerebral palsy

South Tipperary General Hospital has apologised in the High Court today for a second time to the family of a nine-year old Tipperary girl with cerebral palsy for the "gross deficits" in the care provided at the time of her birth.
