Man due in court in connection with death of elderly man in Tipperary hit-and-run

A man is due in court in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in Co. Tipperary last summer.

A 68-year-old man was killed in the crash after being hit by a car near Thurles on July 30.

A man in his late 40s was charged in connection with the incident and is due before Cashel District court this morning.
