Latest: Second man arrested in connection with suspected assault in Kerry
Gardaí investigating the discovery of an injured man at Castleisland, Co Kerry in the early hours of January 14 have arrested a second man.
The man, in his 20s, was arrested this morning and is detained at Tralee Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
