PSNI chief delivers stark message over stalled Stormont House agreement

Northern Ireland's police chief has delivered a stark message to the UK government on stalled proposals to deal with the legacy of the Troubles - "stop prevaricating and get on with it".

George Hamilton said he was growing increasingly frustrated that three years on from a political deal on a series of mechanisms to address unresolved conflict cases, the plan is not "one further inch forward".
