The North's police chief has delivered a stark message to the British Government on stalled proposals to deal with the legacy of the Troubles - "stop prevaricating and get on with it".
George Hamilton said he was growing increasingly frustrated that three years on from a political deal on a series of mechanisms to address unresolved conflict cases, the plan is not "one further inch forward".
