People and organisations who promote road safety are being recognised this lunchtime.

The RSA's 10th annual ‘Leading Lights' Awards are taking place at Croke Park.

Road safety advocate Teresa Mannion will MC the event, where 26 awards to be presented.

The Supreme Award in Road Safety will be presented by Transport Minister Shane Ross.
