Brian Rattigan wins appeal against conviction for murder of Declan Gavin

Convicted drug dealer Brian Rattigan has won an appeal against his conviction for the murder of a 21-year-old man in Dublin.

In 2009, a jury found him guilty of murdering Declan Gavin outside a fast food restaurant in Crumlin Shopping Centre eight years beforehand.
