Friends who tried to save teenager's life found lifebuoy was missing, death inquest told

A coroner appealed against the vandalism of lifesaving equipment following the death of a teen who drowned in the River Shannon.

Caolan Seoige Webster (aged 15) of St Patrick’s Terrace, Athlone, Co Westmeath died on June 11, 2015.
