Parties meeting to discuss North powersharing at Stormont

The five main political parties in the North are to meet today in an attempt to restore a Stormont executive.

Foreign Affairs Minister Simon Coveney and the Northern Ireland Secretary James Brokenshire are also due to attend.

It is hoped formal discussions at reinstating powersharing could take place next week.
