Gangland shooting victims hit multiple times as intended target fled, gardaí say

An innocent mother-of-six and a young locksmith killed in a gangland shooting were shot multiple times in an attack which the intended victim narrowly escaped, gardai have said.

In an appeal over the movements of two cars used by the gunmen in the brutal incident Ballymun, Dublin, on Wednesday, detectives said they have received good help from the local community.
