A visibly upset Irish rally driver, David Carney, has told an inquest in Scotland how he saw a woman "flying in the air" when the car he was driving crashed, killing three people.

Carney, 29, said he lost control of the vehicle after going over a bridge and then realised he was heading towards spectators.
