Justice Minister says decision on appealing Ian Bailey's extradition status will be made in coming days

The Justice Minister has addressed the High Courts refusal to extradite Ian Bailey to France.

Authorities there applied for him to be surrendered after deciding he should stand trial for the voluntary homicide of Sophie Toscan du Plantier.
