Irishman dies while diving off Egyptian coast

An Irishman has died in an incident off the Egyptian coast.

The man was diving in the seas off the beach resort of Dahab.

He is reportedly in his 30s and from Dublin.

A spokesman for the Department of Foreign Affairs confirmed they are helping his family.
