Child abuse inquiry chief in the North demands victims' redress scheme implementation
The chairman of a major inquiry into historical child abuse has demanded that the North's political leaders implement a victims' redress scheme as a matter of urgency.
Former High Court Judge Anthony Hart said he had taken the "highly unusual" step of writing to all party leaders at Stormont to voice his concern over the delay in bringing forward a promised redress scheme.
