High Court awards cyclist €3m for brain damage after being hit by van driven by unlicensed motorist
A cyclist who suffered a traumatic brain injury when he was thrown eight feet in the air after he was hit by a van has settled his High Court action for €3m.
Father of one, Alexandru Martin Doroscan was cycling at a junction in Blanchardstown when he was knocked down by a van, the High Court heard.
