Latest: Gardaí have arrested a man in his 20s in connection with the murder of Paddy Lyons.

Update 5.40pm: Gardaí have arrested a man in his 20s in connection with the murder of Paddy Lyons.

He was arrested this afternoon in Waterford and is being held at a Waterford Garda station under the provisions of section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended.
