Nine-year-old seriously injured in Antrim crash

A nine-year-old boy has been seriously injured in a crash in county Antrim.

The child was struck by a car in Liscolman this afternoon.

The driver of the car, a man aged in his 70's, was arrested at the scene and is currently assisting officers with their enquiries.

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
