Micheál Martin has been feeling the cold in the Dáil

We may be experiencing a milder than usual December but Fianna Fáil leader Micheal Martin is feeling the cold, writes Elaine Loughlin.

During Dáil business this afternoon Mr Martin complained that it was "extraordinarily chilly in the Chamber".
