Woman attacked by former partner in their Cork home 'convinced he was going to kill her'

A woman who was attacked by her former partner at their home in Cork was convinced he was going to kill her, a court heard today.

Patrick O’Rourke of Cooline Drive, Ballyvoloon in Cobh pleaded guilty to the attempted murder of Donna Foster on the morning of August 11, last year.
