Ruling in Alan Shatter case may be appealed further, says legal expert

A legal expert has said that the Court of Appeal's ruling in the Alan Shatter case is dramatic and may be appealed further.

The court yesterday upheld an appeal by the former Justice Minister, who said that he should have been interviewed before the release of the Guerin Report.
