'No progress' in Garda talks prior to Friday's industrial action

The Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors say "no progress" has been made in talks with Government to avert further industrial action.

A second day of action by middle-ranking gardaí begins this Friday at 7am for 24 hours.
