The Mercy University Hospital have appealed to the public to use other care services due to a surge in patients.

Patients with less urgent complaints are asked to contact their GPs or South Doc or avail of the services at the Mercy Urgent Care Centre, St Mary's Health Campus and other urgent care units in Cork city.
