Rape case hears accused told Gardaí alleged victim may have made a pass at him

A man accused of raping his friend at an apartment in Dublin told Gardaí that she may have made a pass at him.

Following his arrest in 2009, he also said he did not believe her allegation of rape and that he may have been sleepwalking if he did have sex with her.
