Scrambler believed to have hit nine-year-old boy 'had no working brakes'

A scrambler believed to have struck a nine-year-old boy had no working brakes, police in the North have said.

The crash happened at Mossley Pavilion on Carnmoney Road in Newtownabbey on Monday.
