Prisoner accused of intimidating prison officer claims disciplinary process was 'flawed'

An inmate of Mountjoy prison in Dublin wants a caution he received to be set aside because he believes the disciplinary process was flawed.

The prisoner claims he was denied a proper hearing after he was accused of intimidating and verbally abusing a senior prison officer.
