Dublin Councillor says 'flotels' could help solve homelessness crisis

A Dublin City Councillor is calling for "flotels" to be used to alleviate Dublin's housing crisis.

Known as floating hotels, the structures are erected on waterways in the Shetland Islands for workers on oil refineries out at sea.
