Dublin Bus to strike again tonight, no buses departing after 9pm

Hundreds of thousands of commuters in the greater Dublin area will face more traffic chaos from 9pm tonight.
Staff at Dublin Bus begin their second 48 hour strike from midnight - but the company has again decided to recall all vehicles three hours before that.
The workers are seeking a 15% pay increase and some unions want parity with LUAS drivers.
The company says each day of industrial action is costing it over €600,000 making it more difficult to fund the original 8.25% pay rise recommended by the Labour Court.
SIPTU Organiser John Murphy says the issue has created real anger and frustration: "Our members have had a fairly good level of public support over the past 48 hours despite the inconvenience caused to travelling public.
"They have no wish to inconvenience their passengers any further but they feel they have been put in this position due to the lack of progress been made and the silence by the parties that can resolve this that being the Dublin Bus Management and the Department of Transport."
