Knowing she wasn't on her own is a help, says road accident victim's brother
The family of a cyclist killed in a crash this week have thanked the community of Sheriff Street for staying with her in her dying moments.
Donna Fox, 30, lost her life on the Dublin street on Monday. She will be laid to rest tomorrow.
Her brother Neil visited the scene yesterday and said that knowing that Donna was not left alone is helping him come to terms with her loss.
"For myself anyway, the hardest part was the idea of her dying on the road on her own," he said.
"They assured us that didn't happen, that there was people there immediately.
"And you know, anything like that at the moment is a help."
'At the moment you'd take any sort of comfort. Even people who would not have known her are showing support, it makes it a bit easier.'#pknt
