Police in the North are appealing for information after two men were attacked by armed robbers in county Antrim.

Police in the North are appealing for information after two men were attacked by armed robbers in Co Antrim.

The men were walking in Carrickfergus just after midnight when they were threatened by two masked men with guns.

Officers say the victims one aged in his 40s and one aged in his 50s, were not injured but left shaken by their ordeal.

It happened in Carnhill Place and the PSNI is appealing to anyone who may have been in the area at the time to contact them.
