Clamping charges to be capped at €100

Changes are on the way for how much motorists can be charged for clamping release rates.

The Vehicle Clamping Act 2015 has already been signed into law by the President but has yet to be enacted by the Minister for Transport, Shane Ross - who has come under pressure in recent days, to take action.
